Lyst^bg-Nga

This allele is defined by a noncomplementation test with C57BL/6JHamSlc-Lystbg. This mutation is the result of a 4 bp deletion in Lyst exon 29 that produced frameshift mutations resulting in 3 amino-acid substitutions and creation of 6 new stop codons.
