Zfp418^em#Juli

CRISPR-targeting of exon 2 of Zfp418 gene generated mutations. Genotyping revealed the mutations comprised mostly deletions (2-12 bp), but also some insertions (2-3 bp). All mutations are in the target sequence. The pound (#) symbol is used for the pool of all alleles for this gene found in the knock-out founders. (J:251673)
