Using CRISPR/Cas9 technology with sgRNA 5'-CTCTTTGCAGGTCCATCGGC-3' and a 121-bp single-stranded oligodeoxynucleotide (ssODN) template, a c.1580A>G point mutation was generated to change histidine codon 527 to an arginine codon (p.His527Arg). This mutation mimics the p.His530Arg mutation found in some human familial Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW) syndrome patients. (J:278059)
