通过同源重组技术，将cre/ERT2-IRES-EGFP-polyA-Frt-neo-Frt的 cassette插入到了Il17rb基因的第1外显子的ATG起始密码子之后。在建立了生殖细胞传递后，这个neo cassette在实验小鼠中通过与表达Flp的突变体杂交的方式在体内被剔除。(来源：J:277412)
