在起始密码子阿米达因下游12个碱基的位置插入了一个点突变，产生了内切终止密码子。在转基因中，将鼠磷酸甘油酸激酶启动子驱动的诺卡因抗性基因(pgkneo)和原核em7启动子驱动的佐剂抗性基因(em7zeo)插入到了这个工程突变点之后。 Western blot结果显示，纯合突变鼠大脑皮层和坐骨神经中没有蛋白表达。(来源：J:242041)
