在 intron 1 和 intron 4 各插入了两个 loxP 突变位点。通过 FRT/Flp 系统去除了 neomycin 表达元件，所以 intron 4 的 loxP 点附近还有一个 FRT 突变位点。使用 Cre 重组酶进行条件性剪切时，会去除编码起始密码子、第一个锌指和第一个 LXXLL 模式的区域，该区域包括 exon 2 到 exon 4。(来源：J:82809)
