This allele has an IRES, a tau-lacZ gene cassette and a loxP site flanked neomycin resistance gene cassette inserted into the 3' UTR of the last shared exon, gammaCR3, of the cluster genes. Subsequent cre-mediated recombination removed the floxed neo cassette, leaving one loxP site in its place. (J:277249)
