Targeting vector DPGS00175_A_E06 from the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IKMC Project ID: #36005) was used to generate the allele. Exon 2 was replaced with an FRT-lacZ-loxP-neo-FRT-loxP containing cassette. Western blot analysis confirmed the absence of protein expression in the seminal vesicles of homozygous mutant mice.
