Igh 3'调控区(3'RR)调控B细胞的类别转换重排(CSR)和体细胞高频突变(SHM)。小鼠的3'RR包含四个增强子元件，包括hs1,2(称为Rr153)，它们被倒置重复间隔序列(IRIS)包围，中心是一个25kb的回文结构，由两个反式增强子副本(hs3a, Rr154和hs3b, Rr155)界定。增强子hs4(称为Rr156)位于回文结构下游。这个等位基因完全去除了左侧的IRIS，但保留了所有四个核心增强子元件。(来源：J:234741)
