This allele was generated through shotgun CRISPR/Cas9 editing using pooled sgRNAs that targeted each variable exon of the Pcdhg cluster and this allele was found to have a frameshift mutation disrupting the variable exon A1 and an in-frame mutation in variable exon B5. (J:285314)
