This allele was generated through shotgun CRISPR/Cas9 editing using pooled sgRNAs that targeted each variable exon of the Pcdhg cluster and this allele was found to have in-frame mutations in variable exons A5, C3, and C4 and disrupting frameshift indels in variable exons A10 and C5. (J:285314)
