This allele was generated through shotgun CRISPR/Cas9 editing using pooled sgRNAs that targeted each variable exon of the Pcdhg cluster and this allele was found to have a frameshift indel of variable exons B5 and A12, a rearrangement or deletion that encompasses variable exons A1, A2, A3, B1, A4, B2, and A5, and in-frame mutations in variable exons A6 and B6.
