This allele was generated through shotgun CRISPR/Cas9 editing using pooled sgRNAs that targeted each variable exon of the Pcdhg cluster and this allele was found to have frameshift or other mutations disrupting the variable exons A1, A2, A3, A10, A11, and in-frame mutations in A5, B7, and B8.
