Clptm1l^{tm1d(EUCOMM)Wtsi}

Cre-mediated recombination of Clptm1ltm1c(EUCOMM)Wtsi removed exon 3, creating a frame shift mutation with a stop codon immediately downstream. No mRNA transcripts were detected in lipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulated B cell cultures from homozygous mutant mice. Interestingly, the abundance of mRNA was greater in heterozygous B cell cultures than in wild-type cultures. (J:265892)
