在转基因构建中，经过突变的mouse cerebellin 4前体蛋白cDNA被插入到mouse Purkinje细胞蛋白2(L7)基因的特有BamHI位点，该位点的起始密码子ATG已被去活，这样将插入基因有效地置于宿主基因的启动子控制下，而不表达宿主肽。cDNA经过改造，将Asparagine的密码子26替换为Glutamine（p.Asn26Gln）。拷贝数通过qPCR估算在大约7个左右。（来源：J:269669）
