α肌动蛋白重链启动子驱动了心脏特异性的Kcnj8突变型（由甘氨酸-苯丙氨酸-甘氨酸替换为三个Alanine的孔部区域）表达，该突变型带有C端增强型绿色荧光蛋白标记。RT-PCR和 Western blot实验确认了转基因在心脏中的特异性表达。多条克隆产生了，但仅有一条被进一步研究。（来源：J:116284）
