An inverse orientation neo cassette was inserted in intron 5 via homologous recombination. This allele produces both a mutant transcript including the neo cassette and a small amount of wild-type transcript. Quantitative rt-PCE indicated that expression in thymi from homozygous mice is 20.9% of that in wild-type controls. (J:240986)
