Sox7^em2Yokan

Exon 1 sequence coding for the HMG box was targeted with oligonucleotides and sgRNAs using CRISPR/Cas9 technology. Three mouse lines with null alleles were established. This allele has a 28 bp deletion in the HMG box sequence that leads to a frameshift and a premature stop codon after 40 out-of-frame codons. (J:265463)
