构建了一个靶向鸡卵白质Ovalbumin(去信号序列)和 Legionella pneumophila鞭毛C端166氨基酸序列融合，后面跟着一个带有IRES-GFP的转录停止子的loxP位点调控元件。这个构造产生了一个条件性可表达的等位基因，只有在Cre介导的停止子被删除后才会表达。鞭毛的表达会激活内源性NAIP/NLLRC4的炎症小体，而Ovalbumin则用于追踪适应性免疫反应(来源：J:260047)
