RMCE通过替换Gt(ROSA)26Sortm1(CAG-flpe)Arte中的选择子 cassette，用一个5'去除了新氨苄青霉素抗性基因 cassette、鸡肌动蛋白基因(CAG)启动子、LoxP标记的强转录终止位点(LSL)、人类MYCN基因、插入序列(IRES)和荧光素酶基因(firefly luciferase)来实现。利用Cre介导的重组，可以消除MYCN基因等位基因上游的转录终止位点，以获得MYCN的表达。(来源：J:222527)
