The transgenic construct contains from 5' to 3' an attB site, a chicken beta-actin promoter (with cytomegalovirus immediate early enhancer), a Lox3172 site, mCherry reporter with a polyA tail, a 7.2 kb spacer, a loxP site, Lox3172 site, membrane bound enhanced yellow fluorescent protein (meYFP), woodchuck hepatitis virus posttranscriptional regulatory element and polyadenylation signal (WPRE-pA),a loxP site and an attB site and is integrated into the Gt(ROSA)26Sor locus using PhiC31 integrase RNA.
