设计了一个靶向载体，包含一个FRT序列后面跟着一个拼接接受器（SA），与内质网进入位点（IRES）相连，以及lacZ基因、一个loxP位点、抗氨苄青霉素抗性基因座、第二个FRT位点和第二个loxP位点（FRT-lacZ-loxP-Neo-FRT-loxP），插入在第1内含子和第二个外显子2后紧邻的第三个loxP位点。通过Flpe介导的重组，Sp9tm1Zyan载体中移除了报告基因和neo基因座，剩下第1内含子有一个FRT位点，外显子2被loxP标记。这个等位基因是一个条件性可操作的等位基因。（来源：J:238868）
