使用了小鼠BAC(CITB-5288D7)构建了定向转基因小鼠，但BAC中意外地发生了Zfy2基因的缺失。通过载体介导交换(X-chromosome驱动的转导，CME)实现了对X染色体的基因插入。这个品系被用作HPRT定位插入转基因品系的对照。(来源：J:172406)
