Tg(TCF/Lef1-EGFP)1Kudo

The transgene contains the EGFP (enhanced green fluorescent protein) gene under the control of a promoter consisting of six consensus lymphoid enhancer binding factor 1/transcription factor 3 (LEF/TCF)-binding motifs upstream of a minimal TK promoter, followed by a polyadenylation signal. The entire construct was flanked by two copies of insulator core elements to minimize positional effects imposed by chromosome structure.
