在第2外显子上游插入了loxP位点和FRT引导的pgk-puro元件，通过同源重组在第4外显子下游也插入了loxP位点。通过Cre介导的重组，移除了pgk-puro元件和2-4号外显子。RT-PCR和 Western blot 实验在8周龄纯合小鼠的睾丸中证实了表达缺失。(来源：J:251285)
