Fabp4基因的启动子驱动表达的人源性caspase 8融合蛋白，该蛋白由串联的FKBPv(phe36val突变FKBP)二聚体区域驱动。融合蛋白中包含一个myristoylation位点，用于细胞膜附着。在Fabp4特异性脂肪细胞驱动下，当FKBP区域诱导二聚化时，会引发脂肪细胞的广泛凋亡。只产生了单一的克隆。(来源：J:99639)
