Tg(CD3E)31Alat

Human cosmid cEpsilon1, containing the CD3E gene, was injected into BDF2 fertilized oocytes. Five independent lines were established: three low copy and two high copy number. This allele represents a high copy number with approximately 90 transgene insertions. Northern blot analysis showed that the human gene was expressed in the correct T cell-specific manner. (J:172562)
