这个转基因载体包含了神经特异性的小鼠启动子、四环素转录激活器的cDNA以及poly(A)序列。转基因构建物通过微注射方式注入了C57BL/6胚胎的囊胚期细胞。我们选出了两条线路，这条（线路1）和6号，进行进一步的研究。这两条线路在大脑中的神经表达模式有所差异。转基因小鼠外观正常。（来源：J:213543）
