在基因上游插入了loxP位点，接着插入了含诺卡因抗性基因座的FRT序列，再在下游增加了另一个loxP位点。通过后续的Flp介导重组，去除了neo cassette，形成了一个条件性可操作的等位基因，其中基因被敲除。通过Cre介导的重组对位于其中的Mib1宿主基因敲除并无影响。（来源：J:242463）
