A TagRFP reporter and an FRT-flanked neomycin cassette was inserted in frame in the C terminus of the gene via homologous recombination. This mutation creates a C-terminal fusion ofTagRFP to the endogenous protein. Reporter expression is detected in actively dividing epithelial cells. (J:216072)
