一段带有loxP切割位点的第3外显子，包含polyA序列，一个FRT标记的诺卡因选择子，以及经过修改的第3外显子，编码小鼠Gnrhr的C端，与鸡GNRHR的细胞质内C末端相连，通过同框插入，取代了原有的第3外显子。随后通过flp介导的重组移除了诺卡因选择子。再通过Cre介导的重组，去除了含loxP标记的第3外显子，剩下的是连接了小鼠C末端和鸡细胞质内C尾的第3外显子。（来源：J:324870）
