在 intron 1 中插入了 loxP 立场，接着在 neomycin 抗性基因座周围包含了 FRT 立场，并在 intron 2 再插入了另一个 loxP 立场。随后通过 flp介导的重组，去除了 neo 骨架，产生了一个条件性可操作的等位基因，其中 exon 2 被去除了。（来源：J:240181）
