包含FRT引导的PGK-Neo选择座的靶向载体，后面跟着在第3外显子上游插入的loxP位点，再接着在第10外显子下游插入另一个loxP位点。通过Flp介导的重组移除了FRT引导的neo座，使得3到10号外显子都被标记为可删除。在遗传背景中，cre介导的重组去除了包含蛋白质第一大外露环的3到10号外显子。对肺和肾组织的免疫沉淀实验确认了突变小鼠中没有表达出蛋白质。(来源：J:239440)
