Tg(SHBG)4-aGlha

This transgene consists of a 4.3-kb portion of human SHBG that comprises all eight exons plus 0.9 kb 5' of the translation initiation codon in exon 1 and 0.5 kb 3' from the polyadenylation sequence in exon 8. Three lines (4-a, 4-b, and 4-c) were generated. The transgene integrated as head to tail multimers with an estimated copy number of 11. (J:239368)
