在内含子1引入了loxP位点，随后在内含子2插入了FRT-介导的诺卡因 cassette，再跟着一个loxP位点。通过Flp介导的重组移除了FRT-标记的neo cassette，使得exon 2成为可删除的。随后，Cre介导的重组去除了exon 2。对下丘脑组织的免疫组化结果显示，突变小鼠中未检测到蛋白质表达。(来源：J:238330)
