The transgene contains 485 bp of the Olfr151 promoter (M71 minigene)and 5 repeats of the 21 bp (5x21) enhancer sequence from the olfactory receptor H-region upstream of the transcriptional start site followed by an IRES-tau-mCherry tagged human OR1A1 gene. This is founder line D736-A8. Eighteen copies of the transgene integrated into this line. Transgene expression is detected in the main olfactory epithelium. (J:238259)
