设计了一种靶向载体，包含一个FRT5位点修饰的neo cassette(带有frt5-pSV40-Neo-pA-frt5序列)和在第3外显子上游的loxP位点，以及在第3外显子下游的loxP位点。通过Flp介导的重组去除了FRT5位点的neo cassette，随后通过Cre介导的重组移除了第3外显子。(来源：J:237687)
