Tg(HBB)72Gsv

A 70kb fragment encomapssing the entire human HBB genomic locus, including the epsilon, gamma and beta genes, was used in a construct to generate transgenic mice. Four mouse lines were created, 2, 13, 15 and 72. Line 72 contains one copy number of the inserted sequence. (J:132056)
