Tg(B2M,HLA-B*27:05)56-3Trg

The HLA-B*27:05 and human B2M constructs were co-injected and are believed to have co-integrated because they have co-segregated through extensive breeding. Splenic expression of both was confirmed. This insertion is believed to be homozygous lethal. (J:74451)
