Ptchd1^{tm1b(KOMP)IcsOrl}

Cre-mediated excision of the parental Ptchd1tm1a(KOMP)IcsOrl allele resulted in the removal of the promoter-driven neomycin selection cassette and exon 2 leaving behind the inserted lacZ reporter sequence.
