Gt(ROSA)26Sor^{tm4(PTK2*K454R)Khd}

A construct consisting of a floxed neo-stop cassette, chicken PTK2 cDNA with a mutation in an ATP binding site (K454R) and a Myc tag and an IRES-EGFP cassette was inserted into the locus. No GFP expression was detected. The mutation in the ATP site creates a kinase dead form. (J:217505)
