According to the allele molecular image presented by the International Knockout Mouse Consortium, this allele has a loxP site inserted into the intron between exons 5 and 6, and a cassette containing an FRT site followed by an engrailed 2 splice acceptor sequence, an EGFP and cre/ERT2 expression cassette, and a neomycin resistance cassette inserted into the intron between exons 3 and 4.
