This ENU-induced mutation was isolated in a screen for cytotoxic T lymphocyte response to LCMV C13 infection. Sequencing identified an A to G transition at nucleotide 1304 in exon 2. Western blot analysis reveals increased protein expression on total CD8+ T cells following LCMV infection. (J:223336)
