构建于pBROAD3载体（InvivoGen）的转基因编码的是小鼠GAK（细胞周期G关联激酶）蛋白的560个C端氨基酸，包括其与克拉申蛋白（clathrin）结合区域以及与HSPA8（又称HSC70）相互作用的J域。部分Gak基因cDNA的表达由经过改造的Gt(ROSA)26Sor启动子驱动，该启动子的5'非编码区被设计的内含子打断；表达序列后面跟着人类β-珠蛋白的3'非编码区和polyadenylation信号。免疫印迹分析显示，使用针对GAK的多克隆兔抗体，在大脑、心脏、肾脏、肝脏和肺组织中都检测到了这段截短蛋白的表达。（来源：J:225348）
