A TagRFP reporter was inserted in frame in the C terminus of the gene via homologous recombination. This mutation creates a C-terminal fusion ofTagRFP to the endogenous protein. Flp-mediated recombination removed the FRT-flanked neo cassette. Reporter expression is detected in actively dividing epithelial cells. (J:216072)
