在exon 2的上游插入了loxP序列。下游的exon 3之后插入了一个带有3' loxP位点的FRT引导的诺卡因抗性基因座。通过Flp介导的重组移除了选择性基因座，使得exons 2和3成为可删除的。随后，Cre介导的重组作用去除了exons 2和3。（来源：J:220242）
