将小鼠的HGF cDNA插入了pBI TRE响应质粒中，这个质粒带有增强绿色荧光蛋白（EGFP）作为报告基因，是双向的。通过这个系统，我们获得了五个转基因克隆。来自24号品系的纤维细胞在感染携带tTA，由磷脂酸激酶驱动的LV-TA1 lentiviral载体后，会表达GFP。这个24号品系的细胞被扩增并进行了进一步的研究。（来源：J:223066）
