这个转基因构建包含了整个小鼠Cnp启动子区域，连接到编码ALV-A亚型禽类逆转录病毒受体（CD320或Tva）的800bp鸭基因组片段，后者是糖基化磷脂酰肌醇连接形式（GPI锚定的TVA），后面跟着一个IRES（内源性核糖体进入位点）序列和lacZ基因。通过核内注射，产生了三个转基因后代，其中A7、B8和C16作为生殖细胞的遗传型（杂交种）。在初步鉴定TVA表达后，B8品系被选中进行进一步繁殖。（来源：J:151346）
