Murine Tmem207 is expressed under the control of a truncated (by about 200 bp) proximal promoter of the murine intestinal trefoil factor (Tff3) gene. The transgene inserted in a major satellite repeat sequence at chromosome 2. No line number was given, however this line was named 1 to distinguish between this line in which the transgene inserted in chromosome 2 and other lines that were created. (J:217436)
