在第17外显子上游插入了LoxP位点，然后在第19外显子下游插入了条件性neo cassette。通过Cre介导的重组，去除了17-19号外显子和neo cassette。对全脑匀浆进行免疫印迹分析，使用针对细胞质段的抗体，结果显示功能完整的全长运输形式及C端细胞质段在纯合突变小鼠中均缺失。针对N端钙粘蛋白样域的抗体检测到在纯合和杂合突变小鼠中存在一段较野生型小鼠外分泌区正常切割后主要积累的片段，但略短，缺失了跨膜和细胞质段，因此丧失了全长蛋白的kinesin结合功能。(来源：J:212386)
